Vepe Icepro has acquired Canadian ice hockey dasher board manufacturer Welmar Recreational Products Inc. (www.arenaboards.com) and is thus strengthening its foothold in North America.
With the acquisition, the product range expands: alongside our steel structured dasher boards, aluminum framed options manufactured by Welmar will be added.
NextGen LED dasher boards as the standard for modern ice arenas
The spearhead product in the North American market is the LED dasher board, which is Vepe Icepro’s innovation and the result of long term development. LED dasher boards manufactured by Vepe Icepro are currently in use in six different leagues in Europe and North America (AHL, CHL, NLA, DEL, Extra Liga, Liiga). Customers’ user experiences and results on both continents are excellent.
